The name of my blog, Trudging Slowly is from the Morrissey song "Everyday is like Sunday" from his solo album Bona Drag. It also accurately describes my pace in just about any activity involving forward motion. Both are achingly lovely and depressing and bring me great joy.

This is my mother. She is AlDS LifeCycle 5 Roadie 8636. Is she not cool and wise in her Team Ducky cap? I'm in awe. I must take a moment. Should have posted this earlier. Please take note of the few Amgen Tour, Stage 2, pictures below... :-)
