The name of my blog, Trudging Slowly is from the Morrissey song "Everyday is like Sunday" from his solo album Bona Drag. It also accurately describes my pace in just about any activity involving forward motion. Both are achingly lovely and depressing and bring me great joy.

Rain. And more rain.
It rained pretty much all day today even though this little forcast shows "Partly cloudy." I was bummed. And now I fee lazy and small for not working out at home on my spinner. I can't wait until the sun comes out for good! -Jane Frybarger
