The name of my blog, Trudging Slowly is from the Morrissey song "Everyday is like Sunday" from his solo album Bona Drag. It also accurately describes my pace in just about any activity involving forward motion. Both are achingly lovely and depressing and bring me great joy.

Ooooo... Ahhhhh.... The DOTR!!!
This is tomorrows "Day On The Ride" route profile. It looks more hilly than I remember. I plan on doing 76 miles total. :-)
