Today...

...was much nicer. I did not time myself and only did 3 miles. I felt strong though. That is the best feeling, when you know you are OK to push yourself a little. I did some short sprints after. I've been loading gobs of old photos to Flickr... Fun. And the picture here was taken from my Samsung Smartjack phone, loaded to Flickr, then blogged from Flickr. These very comments were added later. Pretty cool. Just trying out ways to incorporate photos and commentary as I discover more insanely easy webby/real time/photo mobility.
