My run today was hot and not good. I felt very slow. I needed to get to it earlier but somehow we were in a massive time warp today. Cowboy Junkies were awesome last night -that could have been it... We didn't get home from Napa until well after midnight. Tomorrow no running, it is a scheduled rest day.
The picture of the California Kingsnake was taken from my cell phone. I had time to take a quick picture before it slithered off. It is the first snake I have seen this year. I have been watching for them since reading about Rattlesnakes in a
Sacramento Bee article a few weeks ago.
